03. How To Give It Your All Without Giving It All Away

Are you sacrificing your entire identity for the sake of your business? Are you giving it all away realizing there’s not much left to you without your business? Do you know who you are without your business to carry you, OR fearful that one day you will forget who you are?

If any of these questions resonated with you, then this episode will hit home.

After 5 months of serious health/anxiety issues that completely debilitated me and put me out of service, I quickly learned the lesson that I had way too much of my identity wrapped up in my business.

Life went on without me. I watched from afar on social media and felt so alone. I wasn’t getting the “fulfillment” social media offers to us hungry humans. I was left contemplating who I was apart from my business.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. In this episode we talk in depth about why this is important to figure out for yourself before it’s too late.

Lastly, we dive into a NEW segment called: Mental Health Music Minute.

Each episode I will be pulling a song that means a lot to me and that the lyrics really speak to me whether it's about trauma, collective world pain, anxiety, etc.

I will read part of the song, dissect them and then play part of the song for you.
